Went back and did several of the bonus assignments that you will find on the new app for the mastery program. Really worthwhile if new to painting and drawing. Here is the beetle I did that was for color temperature. So glad to have those videos.

Finished my “Relieved” Angel, I think. Unrelated to the mastery program projects. Just wanted to paint something I’ve been thinking about. Thank you for the critiques, I valued all the input. Tried to make some of the suggested changes and I gave her slippers and a slight smile though it’s difficult to see on a tiny face.

Mythical creature. Still trying to learn water soluble pencils and crayons. Not a fan. Most likely user error!🤷🏻‍♀️

Whelp, took too long, proportions are a little off on tables and chairs. I realized cities are not my favorite thing. But it’s sort of finished, I was really procrastinating on this one. Glad to have it behind me. Source was tough. Still not very good at matching beige/ cream colored shadows. And my cool and warms just sort of got confused at the front sides of the painting. Lots to still learn!
