This abstract was made by me and my 23 yr old son who graduated from Architecture last summer… I just gave him a brush and let him make all the mark making with black ink , over an abstract underpainting that I had started. Then I made the abstract work on the right side of the canvas using a little spray paint, rollers and dry brushing . What do you think? I wish i was as creative as my son with mark making . He never took any art lessons …

Finally got to decide what to do with this piece . It looked like it was missing something so I thought of adding gold leaf and it made a huge difference . Do think that it s nice like this?

Oil painting on canvas . This time I used a source that I created with an app . Its not the kind of style that I m used to but I wanted to try something new. I hope its not too busy or confusing. What do you think?

Oil painting on canvas. Used acrylics and some paste for texture as underpainting. Added some paletteknife strokes for the waves.

In this abstract realism painting I ve had to use a lot of paste to give texture because it is painted on a wooden panel and also because I needed to express the movement and flow inside the painting. I ve used some spray paint at first to help me set the background but I guess i ve hidden it all with oil in the end as usual 😅. I would be happy to read your comments and critique .

It started with a complete abstract using acrylics and spray paints with stencils… i m sure i used some inls at the beginning because i love their effect. Ideas kept flowing as I started to place my angel .. It is an emotional expression of being between hope and despair ..
